James “Jim” Damato is owner and senior consultant at 247 Group Headquartered in the Greater Boston Area (GBA).
Jim brings 27 years of subject matter expertise in Air Force operations, joint Force Protection, military acquisitions, Foreign Internal Defense, training, advanced security technology and managing highly secure Information Technology (IT) systems. Jim's DoD work included the planning and execution of multiple Counter Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-SUAS) technology programs which developed and fielded cutting-edge defensive technologies.

Brad Q.
Brad loves to brew his own beer and enjoys spending time on his farm in Northern Georgia. He is a graduate of Colorado State University where he earned an Agricultural Master's Degree in Integrated Resource Management.
Brad served in the United States Air Force for 25 years. While in the military he developed a passion for teaching, problem solving, and learning. He has worked as a college professor at a Cleveland State Community College and been a member of the USAF Cycling Team.
Brad gets to work with an amazing team to deliver 247 Group's services to its customers. He is responsible for projects providing Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK), Antiterrorisom Expertise, Intelligence Analysis, Custom Web Development, Integrated Risk Management and Mitigation, Government Research and Development, and training across a wide range of topics.

Angela L.
Angela has over 25 years of subject matter expertise supporting the Department of Defense as a technical program manager and cybersecurity risk management expert.
She is fluent in system design, cross domain systems/services, and software engineering. Her leadership in the creation of unique and complex cybersecurity risk packages has led to significant efficiencies in several government portfolios.
Across her career, Angela has provided technical leadership and support to the Intelligence, Operations, Acquisitions, and now Force Protection communities.

Kelley W.
Kelley is soccer player, hiker, triathlete and mom of two. Having toured the east coast
and returned to Massachusetts, she spends her summers at the beach and winters in the mountains.
Kelley has 20 years of engineering experience with the Department of Defense. Starting as a micro-electronics manufacturing engineer at Raytheon, Kelley has developed expertise in diverse areas of systems engineering to include electrical, network, software and RF technologies. Kelley can lead a project from inception through rapid prototyping, test, production and into the field.
After Raytheon, Kelley worked Littoral Combat Ship Weapon Packages for USN in DC, Frigate and Destroyer Vertical Launch Systems in Philadelphia and most recently Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems in Boston.
At 247 Kelley gets to focus on the greater Force Protection mission integrating cutting
edge technologies into agile platforms delivering critical capability in any environment.
Rob M.
Having served in both the military and law enforcement, Rob is currently leveraging his cyber security and teaching skills as a 247 Group Tactical Assault Kit trainer and cyber security specialist.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has cultivated expertise in diverse areas, including public safety, software applications, incident response, cyber security, and government operations.
Laura B.
Laura is an avid reader and foodie. She is a graduate of Trident University with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. When she’s not reading or cooking new and exciting dishes, she’s spending time with her family and fur babies.
Laura served in the United States Air Force for 21 years. From her time in the military, she found her passion for taking care of people and learning the world of logistics and cybersecurity.
At 247 Laura gets her hands dirty in the vast domain of cyber. While she protects information and the systems that support it, she also manages the helpdesk and ensures fast and reliable service.
Allan S.
Allan is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin native who never expected to put down roots in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He has a passion for woodworking, travelling, and anything outdoors: camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, and shooting to name a few. He has an amazing wife and two awesome sons, currently in college, and a pretty okay dog.
Allan served 22 years in the United States Air Force as a member of the Security Forces. His assignments took him all over the world but his two assignments, and seven years, spent in Germany really enhanced his love for travel and experiencing new cultures. His final assignment brought him to Holloman AFB as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 49th Security Forces Squadron.
Allan has extensive experience in Antiterrorism, Plans & Programs, Mission Assurance, and Emergency Management.
David K.
David loves being outdoors, working on cars, studying scripture, being with family, doing home projects, and working on the land.
His experience in the electronics-computer industry spans over four decades and ranges from AD management to designing and building network infrastructures and finally into Cyber Security.
David served in both the Active Army and Air National Guard for over 25 years and has been a part of private industry for 16 years.
At 247 Group, David works in cybersecurity. He supports the ATO process and ensures
regulatory compliance for all systems.
Lydia S.
Lydia is a software engineer graduating with a B.S. in Computer Science/Minor in Mathematics from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She has worked on a variety of software engineering, machine learning, data science and server-related projects, and completed an internship at Carnegie Mellon University working on fault tolerance in microservice architectures,
Lydia works on all things TAK-related at 247 Group, including server and cloud, device/sensor integration, networking and Remote Awareness Control Kit (RACK)
In her spare time she enjoys coding, playing piano, taking naps and spending time with her six brothers and sisters.
Jack S.
Jack is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, currently residing in Newark, Delaware. He and his wife love to travel, spending most of their free time with their brand-new grandson. Jack holds Master’s Degrees in Adult Education and Political Affairs and is a 2020 graduate of the FBI National Academy.
Jack served 31 years in the United States Air Force, where he performed duties ranging from Criminal Investigator to Security Forces Commander. He also worked as the Military Legislative Assistant to Congressman Austin Scott from Georgia, writing speeches and hearing testimony in preparation for the National Defense Authorization Act. Jack has also spent time as the Chief of Public Safety for Delaware Tech Community College and taught running classes for novice runners.
As one of the team’s newest members, Jack provides risk assessment, anti-terrorism, and force protection expertise to 247 Group’s outstanding customers. His diverse security and law enforcement background are an excellent addition to 247 Group’s constantly growing portfolio.
Jason R.
Jason is married to his high school sweetheart of 28 years and they share three beautiful children.
Jason served in the United States Air Forces for 22 years as a Security Forces Member specializing in Integrated Defense. Upon retiring from the US Air Force he began contracting as a Integrated Defense and Antiterrorism specialist.
Jason enjoys all things outdoors like hiking, camping, boating, volleyball and shooting. He is also an avid self-defense specialist. He enjoys instructing Krav Maga, MACP and training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Traci B.
Traci D. Bauder is a 22 year US Air Force veteran and has performed functions in almost all aspects of the Security Forces career field, from nuclear security, patrolman, investigations and as an antiterrorism officer. As a life long lover of education she has earned a Master's Degree in Global Supply Chain Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Associate's Degrees in Culinary Arts, Education and Law Enforcement.
She was blessed with a career that allowed her to travel extensively and experience many cultures but now when not working Traci she has settled down and is the owner/operator of Firefly Farms in Georgia and runs a community supported agriculture program during the summer months.
With the company for two years, Traci has been active in lesson plan development for the Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK), Joint Risk Assessment Management Program website inception and company wide supply chain management.
